We have ample parking available, and there is no additional charge for parking.

We offer a variety of rental options, including shared desks, dedicated desks, private suites, a larger office space, and a repurposed Airstream as an office. Additionally, we have extra parking spaces available for rent and one space designated for a beverage truck.

Do you offer memberships or day passes?

We provide day passes to previous tenants and individuals who are referred by someone already using our facilities. Our business arrangements typically involve tenant structures with month-to-month leases.

What is the cost to rent a space?

Our pricing varies depending on the type of space you choose, with rates ranging from $300 for a shared desk to $3,000 for larger spaces.

Where are you located?

Our address is 500 6th Street, San Antonio, TX 78215. Our location is on the north edge of downtown, just east of Broadway, away from congestion. We are conveniently positioned between 281/I37 and I35, with close proximity to numerous hotels, restaurants, the San Antonio River, and entertainment venues.

Can you support high-bandwidth activities like Zoom meetings?

Our building is connected to a dedicated fiber network, allowing us to accommodate the internet demands of most tenants.

Will talking on the phone a lot be an issue?

We kindly request that you be considerate of others around you and refrain from using speaker phones to minimize disruptions.

What are the extra fees for services like printing, conference room use, parking, coffee, etc.?

Currently, there are no additional fees on top of the monthly rent. All these services are included as part of your monthly lease.

Can I use 500 Sixth as my office address?

Yes, you can use 500 Sixth as your office address. We can assist with processing your mail that is handled by the United States Postal Service. If you anticipate receiving packages requiring signatures, it's advisable to be present during delivery.

What hours are you open?

Our hours are typically Monday – Friday from 8AM to 8PM.
